481 viewsAug 3th - the moon is rising. The Kuru Dance Festival takes place every second year at the Dqae Qare San Lodge in August at full moon. 2012 was a year with a blue moon in August. It was a little bit tricky to decide wheather the Festival should take place in the beginning or the end of August. Fortunately for us the organizers decided the first weekend.
